SWIMMING POOL RESERVATION FOR ORGANISED GROUPS

OFFER FOR ORGANISED GROUPS (schools, clubs, travel agencies, local government units)

 

To book your stay at the Thermal Complex, please:

  • fill in a reservation request available under Reservation and in the Internet portal of the Thermal Complex www.termy-mszczonow.eu;
  • send your completed request by fax to (0-46) 857 87 81 or by e-mail to info@weekendztermami.eu;
  • accepted requests will be confirmed in writing by fax or e-mail; thus, it is important that you give your contact telephone number and e-mail in your request;
  • on the reservation date, please come to the Complex cash desk;
  • reservation may be made only for organised groups: companies, institutions, associations, etc. (an organised group means a group of at least 15 persons).

OFFER FOR ALL ORGANISED GROUPS:

  • 20% DISCOUNT ON SINGLE ADMISSION TICKET PRICES
  • GUARDIAN (ACCOMPANYING PERSON) OF A GROUP OF 15 PERSONS (excluding groups of school age and disabled persons) – FREE OF CHARGE
  • GUARDIAN (ACCOMPANYING PERSON) OF A GROUP OF 10 SCHOOL STUDENTS – FREE OF CHARGE
  • THE NUMBER OF GUARDIANS OF THE GROUP OF DISABLED PERSONS DEPENDS ON DISABILITY DEGREE AND HEALTH OF GROUP MEMBERS.

RESERVATION RULES IN THE CASE OF PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:

  1. Fill in a reservation request.
  2. Send it by e-mail to: info@weekendztermami.eu or termy@termy-mszczonow.eu, by post to: Kompleks Basenów Termalnych, ul. Warszawska 52, 96 – 320 Mszczonów or by fax to 46 857 87 81 ext. 15. To your request, attach a copy of a REGON (statistical ID) certificate and a NIP (VAT No.) decision. Specify your contact data (telephone, e-mail) therein.
  3. When we receive your request, our tourist information employee will contact you to confirm your reservation.
  4. We will send a reservation agreement for signing to you by e-mail or by post, at your discretion.
  5. Make the payment on the basis of the reservation agreement at the latest five days before group arrival.
  6. Show the signed reservation agreement (unless you have already sent it to us by post) and a payment confirmation on your arrival at the Complex. The group will not be let in without those documents.
  7. You have the right to cancel your reservation not later than five days before group arrival. Cancellation must be submitted in writing within the above period. If you have already paid and cancellation is made within the required period, your payment will be returned.
  8. You may change (only increase) the number of persons specified in the reservation form only in writing at the latest five days before the planned arrival.
    1. If you want to increase the number of persons and you have not paid yet, please inform us and make the payment based on the new number of persons. The employee of tourist information will inform you about the new amount to be paid.
    2. If you want to increase the number of persons and you have already paid, please inform us and pay for additional persons in cash at the Complex cash desk on the group arrival date.
  9. If the number of persons is smaller than the number specified in the reservation request, no overpayment will be returned.
  10. You may collect an invoice at the Complex cash desk.
